You will find Truman State University a good value for your money. Here is a sample of the estimated budget used by the Financial Aid Office for a Missouri resident enrolled full-time.  (Out-of-state students should add $4851 to the tuition estimate)

Each school develops estimated budgets or a cost of attendance, similar to the one above, which reflect costs for the academic year. Some of the expenses may already be partially covered by the student or family, especially personal expenses such as clothes, medical, and grooming supplies. The cost of attendance less the expected family contribution (calculated by a standard needs analysis performed on the data provided from The Free Application for Federal Student Aid), determines the financial need of a student.
