Login Instructions to Accept/Decline Financial Aid Awards

1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, FireFox, Netscape, etc.).
2. Type in the following address:  http://truview.truman.edu.  You should see a login screen, with the heading TruView.
3. Enter your User Name:   This code is located in the top right hand corner of your Financial Aid award letter.
4. Enter your Password:  For now, your password is set to your social security number.  If we do not have your social security number on file, then your password has been set to your birth date (0mmddyyyy format).  Please note, you may have reset your password if you previously used your TruView account to submit your housing application.
5. Click the “Login” button.  The main TruView page should appear.
6. Click on the “Accepted Student” tab. 
7. Click the “Award Acknowledgement” link on the left side of the screen.
8. Follow the instructions on each page to complete the process.
9. If you have decided not to attend Truman you may also access the site to cancel your aid awards.
10. Remember to log out when you are finished.
